How to Receive an Intuitive Reading With Me on Twitter

Intuitive Readings on Twitter

A few weeks ago I began answering questions and offering free mini-intuitive readings via Twitter. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it a weekly event called “Ask KB“. Ask KB is now happening every Tuesday from 3 – 4 pm EST.

Since more and more people are joining me for Ask KB, I realized it would be beneficial to set up some guidelines. So here are some suggestions that will help us get the most out of our time together.

1. Ask Intelligent Questions

Before you tweet me your question, take time to think about what you really need guidance with. Don’t ask me general questions (i.e. “what do you see for me?”) or closed-ended questions (questions with a “yes” or “no” answer, i.e. “Will I meet my soul mate?”)

Instead, write open-ended questions. Begin your questions with phrases such as these:

Can you give me insight into …
What do I need to understand about …
What is the meaning of …
What is the lesson or purpose of …
What are the circumstances underlying …
How can I improve my chances of …
How might I …

I highly value questions that show you accept responsibility for your situation and I tend to answer those kinds of questions first.

2. Pick One Topic & Stick To It

I will happily answer more than one question per person, however please pick ONE area of your life that you need guidance with and stick to it.

For example, one person last week bombarded me with 10 tweets at once asking, “what career path should I take? Does my ex-girlfriend still love me? Why does my hip hurt? How’s my dead uncle?”

The most popular questions I receive are about physical health, finances, career, spirituality, life purpose, or relationships. Pick ONE of these and ask me an intelligent question about it. You can focus on another area of your life during the next session.

3. Don’t Get Offended

Don’t take it personally if I don’t answer your question or if I don’t answer it right away. I may have 50 people tweeting me all at once, so it’s not possible for me to respond to everybody. I trust my intuition to guide me towards who I should respond to first.

I also may not respond to you if I have already answered a couple of your questions and there are other people vying for my attention. My intention is to interact with as many people as possible during the hour.

If I do not respond right away, please do not keep tweeting me the same question over and over again. If you tweeted it using the hashtag #askkb, know that I received it and will respond to it if and when the time is right. It is highly unlikely that I will answer a question that the same person has sent me 10 times, because let’s face it – it’s kind of like a really annoying bee buzzing in your ear.

Finally don’t be offended if my answer to your question is not what you wanted to hear. It’s not my job to pacify you. It’s my job to relay to you the intuitive messages I’m being given.

3. Ask Your Question During the Allotted Time

I understand if you have to work or live in another time zone, that you might not be able to be online when I am. However please note that I give priority to those who have made a point of joining me live.

Tweeting your questions 3 hours ahead of time and thinking you are “first” will not work. The fun of this for me is interacting with people in real time.

Also please honor my need to close up shop after the hour is up. “Ask KB” has become one of the highlights of my week, but it is also very energetically draining. At 4 o’clock, it’s time for me to go take a salt bath and clear my aura!!

4. Use The Hashtag (#askkb)

The hashtag #askkb is not a social media marketing ploy I have dreamed up in hopes of it trending on Twitter. It is a tool I use in conjunction with tweetdeck to keep track of your questions. Please include it in every tweet you send me (not just the first one) and help me keep my digital space as organized as Martha Stewart’s laundry room.

5. Book a Private Reading

If you’ve got issues that are confidential or require my undivided attention, please book a private intuitive guidance session with me. I understand that some of life’s problems go beyond the scope of 140 characters, and I am here to help.

Many thanks my friends and I hope to see you on Twitter next Tuesday for “Ask KB”!
