Excellent video! Very professionally done. And I love the message. It is true that you choose your own thoughts. But I wonder why is it a human’s tendency to choose negative thoughts over positive thoughts?
Great work. Keep it up!
Cheers~

Wow, kb, your video quality is fantastic – I envy your skills!
There is obviously more for me to learn, which is always a good thing.
I love and entirely agree with your messages – thanks for sharing them so succinctly and beautifully. Emoto’s work, mentioned elsewhere, has had a profound impact on me, and I am really enjoying Deepak’s new book…all the research about consciousness and how we have so much more control than most of us recognize is truly fascinating and has repurcussions for all of us as we awaken to this knowledge.
Re: worry, it’s such a destructive habit, isn’t it? It IS a habit, and can be changed. My Dad likes to say that each of us has a ‘worry quotient,’ and if something resolves itself we’ll just find something else to take its’ place…we will always worry at the same level, in the same amounts. It may not surprise you that he is a worrier (although he just sees it as rationality), and spends many of his nights sleepless. I can tell you, and any readers who are worried about this –
– that it’s NOT true. As a young adult I was almsot consumed by worry and anxiety, and I guess to some extent I inherited this attitude/habit from my Father. These days, worry rarely crosses my mind…It took time to change, but change I did. I am full to bursting with lightness, happiness, gratitude, passion and joy, and so much more…I simply have no time nor room for such things as worry, nor would they serve any purpose for me.
A long comment, I know, but I really appreciate what you’re doing here! Have a fabulous day, kb!
